Aviator Festive Tournament Promotion

These Tournaments shall run between 31st December 2024 and 8th January 2025 (Both days included).
How to Play:
- Objective: Accumulate the highest total cumulative multipliers to secure your spot in the top 20.
- Example: If you cash out at 2x and then 3x and then 100x, you’ve collected 105x multipliers in total.
- Requirements: Place a minimum cash bet of 10 ETB per round.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
- Customers must opt in to participate in each Tournaments individually.
- Players can track their progress and achievements for each challenge via the in-game leaderboard and user interface.
- Rewards:
- Cash Prizes will be credited to the player's Betika wallet the following day after winning.
- Expiry:
- Cash rewards must be claimed and verified within 90 days; otherwise, they will be forfeited.
- In the event of a customer finishing in the top 5 positions in any tournament, they will not be eligible for a prize in any subsequent Tournament and the next qualifying customer shall be declared within the top 20 positions and be eligible for a prize.
- In case of a tie, the player who opted in the tournament first (chronologically) will be ranked higher.
- Where the system erroneously generates winnings in excess of the allowed maximum limit, any amount above this limit will be regarded as void and not validly due and payable.
- Betika reserves the right to void any winnings and take any and all remedial action in instances including but not limited to:
- System or software malfunction or error; or
- Suspicion that there are Prohibited Activities being undertaken.
- In case of the occurrence of any Prohibited Activities, Betika may take such action as it deems necessary in the circumstances, including but not limited to voiding any winnings or transactions, suspending an account, limiting withdrawals, and/or blocking an IP address(es).
- Where there is a dispute regarding this Promotion, the adjudication and decision of the National Lottery Administration in Ethiopia shall be final.
- Betika does not guarantee the availability of the Promotion on all devices and channels or its availability at all times.
- The Promotion terms may be cancelled, postponed, or amended from time to time by Betika.
- Betika reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to adhere to and be bound by these Terms.
- This Promotion is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, non-infringement, non-interference, accuracy of data, accuracy of translation, availability, timing, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to Betika’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
